Brutal. One of the greatest guys in hockey. Will be missed for sure.
was hoping this day would never come, RIP.
I'm really sad.
He always struck me as such an honest person. Sometimes his honesty and candor were a detriment to the teams he ran, but it was always what you got with him. He had no filter, and I think that speaks a lot about his character. Very passionate, and loved the game.
Even when he stepped down in Ottawa, he stayed with the club. Watching him cheer them on during the playoffs was a great pleasure.
I hope for the best for those he left behind, and I'll miss seeing, and hearing from in, with respect to the Sens.
This is sad.
I had no idea most of the teams he GM'd were ones he also coached during the same time. Always thought that was just mostly a Lou thing.
Very sad though. A truly great person for the game. RIP.
